St. Paul’s PACE is growing to Chula Vista and beyond!

Coming Summer 2012

St. Paul's PACE will be opening a new PACE site in Chula Vista in the Summer of 2012. Our new center, located at 630 L Street, Chula Vista, CA 91911, is currently under construction and will include a beautiful new day center, dining area, medical clinic, physical and occupational therapy room, and so much more! With this new location we will be able to triple our service area. The map on the right shows our current service area in brown. Our new site will allow us to serve seniors in both the blue and gold areas.
