Since 1960, St. Paul's Senior Homes & Services has been dedicated to serving the physical, spiritual and social needs of the elderly and community. St. Paul's provides affordable, innovative and comprehensive programs in a non-denominational environment with great value placed on optimal independence at all stages of life. Communities include an independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, an intergenerational day care program, a memory care unit and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

In 1998, St. Paul's Senior Homes & Services learned about the PACE model. PACE is a program specifically for low income and chronically ill seniors, where medical and social services are provided allowing the senior to continue living at home rather than moving to a skilled medically facility. St. Paul's Senior Homes & Services recognized this need in San Diego and spent the following nine years fundraising to bring the PACE model to San Diego.

St. Paul’s PACE was opened in March of 2008, and has now served over 300 seniors in San Diego, keeping them safe and independent in their homes. We are now growing to include the south and east counties of San Diego and look forward to serving any San Diego Senior in need.
