Christina Toledo, NP
Christina received her master’s degree in nursing from Seattle University in 2012 and has a history of working with seniors. Before joining the team at St. Paul’s PACE, she worked for six years in skilled nursing facilities, providing short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care for the residents. Christina chooses to work with seniors because she enjoys making a difference for a challenging and medically complex population. The most rewarding aspect of her job is using a team-based approach to help seniors maintain their independence so they can remain living at home. Her professional passion is to make an impact in the lives of her patients.
Fun Fact: She has two young children, and she loves chocolate!
