St. Paul’s PACE Announces Bailey Rinicker as Center Director

San Diego, CA — St. Paul’s PACE is proud to announce the promotion of Bailey Rinicker to Center Director of St. Paul’s PACE El Cajon.
Rinicker joined St. Paul’s PACE in 2018 as a part-time physical therapist at the Chula Vista center after earning her degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida. Drawn to PACE’s holistic, participant-centered model of care, she quickly grew within the organization transitioning into a full-time role and later being promoted to Rehab Director in 2022.
After briefly relocating abroad, Rinicker returned to St. Paul’s PACE in 2025 as Rehab Lead for the San Diego and Encinitas centers, where she played a key role in the transition to in-house rehabilitation services. Her leadership supported team growth and helped foster a strong connection to the PACE mission among staff.
“I felt honored and grateful for the opportunity to step into this role,” said Rinicker. “My goal is to create an environment where participants feel heard and respected, staff feel supported and valued, and families feel confident in the care their loved ones receive.”
Carol Castillon, Vice President of Operations at St. Paul’s PACE shared, “Bailey’s dedication to our mission and her ability to inspire and support her team make her an exceptional choice for Center Director. Her clinical expertise and passion for participant-centered care will continue to elevate the experience for those we serve.”
With a clinical background in physical therapy, Rinicker is especially passionate about falls prevention and chronic disease management. In her new role, she plans to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and implement targeted programs that help participants live healthier, more independent lives.
Rinicker is committed to cultivating a positive team culture and enhancing the overall participant experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
