SAN DIEGO, CALIF. – St. Paul’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) has launched a “Roving Clinic” out of their Downtown San Diego location in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic and mandatory stay-at-home-order for seniors.
