St. Paul’s PACE is a non-profit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) health plan for seniors age 55 and older who prefer not to move into a nursing home but whose health problems make it impossible for them to stay at home without the help of caregivers.
Older adults can maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life because St. Paul’s PACE provides all medical care (emergency care 24 hours-a-day), a PACE Day Center, home care services and transportation so they do not need to move to a nursing home.

St. Paul’s PACE accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal and private payment. If you are entitled to Medi-Cal with no share of cost, you pay no premium and no out of pocket cost for our program. If you have a Medi-Cal share of cost, it is paid monthly to St. Paul’s PACE.
The California State Department of Health Care Services does not promote or endorse St. Paul’s PACE or any provider over another. Participants need to use St. Paul’s PACE approved network medical providers. Providers used outside of the network are the Participant’s liability, except for emergency care.
St. Paul’s PACE does not discriminate in the delivery of PACE services based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, mental or physical disabilities or source of payment. We serve seniors from all of California’s diverse communities.
